Creative work is beneficial

We increase the artistic and economic value of Finnish music by investing in professional music creators and their works. We promote renewal and diversity in the field of music and help music creators, and their works reach audiences in Finland and abroad. We award grants to creators and fund music-related projects. We believe that creative work is beneficial.

Music creators need financial freedom to focus on their creative work. We award grants to:

  • Professional creators of music works, such as composers, lyricists and arrangers.
  • Entities who bring music creators and their works to the public and build audiences, such as music publishers and music exporters.
  • Professionals who support our goals by promoting and renewing the field.
